Sergeant First Class Frank Dickson has 20 years of military service. He has served overseas in Germany, Kuwait and Iraq and is passionate about serving his community and mentoring the next generation of citizen Soldiers. Sergeant Frank Dickson is the proud recruiter for Bend High School, Summit High School and Caldera High School as well as all Central Oregon Colleges.
